Blue Book of Basic Documents 2006

The Blue Book of Basic Documents 2006 reflects the policies and procedures in effect immediately following the 2005 GSUSA National Council Session. Changes in the "Credentials" section are based on official actions of the National Board of Directors at their meeting in March 2006. Due to the transformation of our Movement and the implementation of the Core Business Strategy, changes to the 2006 Blue Book will be necessary throughout the triennium.
